Urdazubi/Urdax forms part of the St James Way of Baztán and is a demanding stage. Besides being a forested area, the fully natural landscape contains the river and mountains. Pilgrims very much enjoy the views and are inspired by the peaceful surroundings.
The vegetation is nevertheless irregular, and there are open areas which can be more difficult for pilgrims.
